August 10th
Our Last meeting was on August 10th. the meeting was called to order at 7:03 with 12 members and 1 guest present. A committee is being formed to decide what we will do for the service project. Mr. Aaron is checking into the possibility of our club volunteering to help the Bureau of Land management's horse adoption on October 23-25.We are trying to form teams for a horse judging team and a horse bowl team and need an adult volunteer to help head our teams. we need people to sign up to tell other members about the meetings. In order to bring back new members and old, it was agreed upon by the membership to hold a pot-luck dinner at the monthly meetings. We held a discussion about setting goals for the up-coming 4H year and from now on We are trying to determine what those goals might be, and an easy way to remember them. We are trying to find a place to practice with our show team.
